Well-versed in New Jersey environmental laws and regulations, our LSRPs have worked on more than 300 cases and has prepared Remedial Investigation Reports, approved Remedial Action Workplans, and issued Response Action Outcomes (RAOs).

Known for his honesty and direct counsel, Keith has been a trusted advisor to clients facing environmental challenges in NJ for more than 35 years. Prior to LSRP Consulting, he held various senior positions at Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc. and TRC Companies, Inc. (formerly Dan Raviv Associates). Keith draws on his deep technical expertise, extensive experience with a variety of contaminants in soil, ground water and sediments, and his relationships with NJDEP to help his clients reach cost-effective solutions.
Keith earned his B.S. in Geology at Stockton College of New Jersey, and is a licensed NJDEP LSRP and Professional Geologist, Pennsylvania. He lives in Ocean County, New Jersey with his wife and daughter and is an avid fisherman who tries hard at golf.
Rose has more than 22 years of environmental consulting experience with an array of private and public sector clients, is a licensed NJDEP LSRP and a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). She also has assisted clients with receiving funding for their environmental cleanup under NJDEP’s Petroleum Underground Storage Tank Remediation, Upgrade and Closure Fund and the Hazardous Discharge Site Remediation Fund (HDSRF). She volunteers on the stakeholder committee for the Environmental Business Council of Commerce and Industry of New Jersey (CIANJ) and is the secretary of the New Jersey Site Remediation Conference committee of the LSRPA.
Rose earned her B.S. in Environmental Studies at Stockton College of New Jersey and a M.S. in Environmental Science at New Jersey Institute of Technology/Rutgers, State University of New Jersey in Newark. She currently resides in Middlesex County with her husband and two children and enjoys playing softball, coaching her daughter’s softball team and participating in outdoor family activities including biking, hiking, and camping.
Robert is a US Army veteran where he served overseas, one year on temporary assignment with NATO and his final tour of duty with the 1st Infantry Division, Fort Riley, KS during Desert Storm. After the Army, Robert earned his B.S. in Environmental Science (soil chemistry/hydrology) from Cook College, Rutgers University and holds professional certifications for NJ LSRP, NY Licensed Professional Geologist and NJ Licensed Well Driller. He has more than 23 years in the environmental industry specializing in the development and management of programs facilitating the remedial investigation and/or remediation of sites known or suspected to be contaminated by hazardous materials.
He considers his greatest success raising his two children as a single father and watching them grow into the amazing adults they are today. Robert enjoys fly fishing, kayaking, an occasional weekend trip to wherever the “twister” dial takes him. His personal business philosophy: “I take great pride in guiding clients, both administratively and technically, through the steps necessary to bring their concerns towards closure. I believe relationships are established based on trust and performance and strive each day to provide that level of confidence.”
Garth has 25 years of technical and administrative experience characterizing hydrogeologic and environmental systems, including environmental and hydrogeologic assessments/remediation pertaining to petroleum and chlorinated solvent impacted industrial and commercial sites, New Jersey ISRA compliance, Brownfield redevelopment properties and oil & gas development. Garth also provides specialty expertise in connection with aquifer parameterization of fractured rock/porous media, fracture trace analysis, numerical modeling and geographic information systems (GIS).
He has authored/co-authorized peer-reviewed articles in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Hydrogeology Journal, Applied Geochemistry and others. He holds BS/MS degrees in Hydrogeology and a post-baccalaureate certificate in GIS from Penn State University.
Dudley’s extensive experience includes hazardous waste site investigation and remediation under state and federal regulatory programs, particularly with the NJDEP’s Technical Requirements for Site Remediation. He has managed all aspects of environmental projects including preliminary assessments, site investigations and remediation. During more than 35 years’ experience, Dudley has prepared hundreds of NJDEP compliant reports, workplans and permit applications. As an LSRP from the inception of the program in 2009, he is adept at guiding projects through the Site Remediation Program. He has conducted environmental investigations for various classes of contaminants, including solvents and petroleum products, metals, pesticides/herbicides, and polychlorinated biphenyls. He has overseen more than 200 projects from onset through closure, including investigation, design, remediation, and Response Action Outcome (RAO).
As an active member of the NJ Licensed Site Remediation Professionals Association (LSRPA). Dudley contributes regularly to the advancement of the industry and was instrumental in establishing the LSRPA Sounding Board to support LSRPs.
