Keith Gagnon is an environmental consultant in New Jersey since 1987 who has managed and completed a wide variety of site remediation projects. His background encompasses LSRP services, site remediation, underground storage tank services, litigation support and due diligence for clients ranging from owners and operators of small commercial properties to large, multi-national corporations, as well as property developers with Brownfield remediation projects.
Well-versed in New Jersey environmental laws and regulations, Keith has been an LSRP (License No. 582874) since its inception in 2009, has worked on more than 100 cases and has approved Remedial Action Workplans and issued Response Action Outcomes (RAOs). He participated with the team that transitioned a large portfolio of sites into the LSRP Program in its early stages. Through this early involvement in the LSRP program, he collaborated with the client, the NJDEP and other LSRPs and environmental professionals to establish a process for opting in a large portfolio of sites.
